Every priority is grounded in data, research, and collaboration with other agencies.

Rick Kuss is a proven leader with 30+ years of combined experience as a Deputy Sheriff, Enlisted Sailor and Officer in the U.S. Navy, and Police Cadet Explorer. Leading the way in Kitsap County and the Capitol in Olympia fighting for public safety and rights.
